Additional Conditions
1. Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied other than to: i. A member of the club being a person who has attained the age of 18 years or who has been a member for at least 24 hours or whose application or nomination for membership was made at least 24 hours before his admission to the club. ii. A bona fide guest of such member. An employee or bona fide guest of the proprietor of the club. iii. Members of visiting sports teams and their bona fide supporters. iv. Persons attending pre-booked functions at the premises. 2. A copy of the rules of the club shall be deposited with the Local Authority and notice of any alteration in any of the rules shall be given to the Authority within 14 days. 3. A list of the names and addresses of all members of the club shall be kept on the premises. 4. There shall be no sale or supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises except to a member in person. 5. CCTV to cover monitor the inside and outside of the premises. CCTV equipment to be maintained in accordance with South Yorkshire Police guidelines and retained for a period of 31 days. The Police will be given access to, and copies of images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. 6. The Designated Premises Supervisor for these premises must be a registered member of Sheffield Licence Watch. Annual membership and meeting attendance should be maintained. 7. The Designated Premises Supervisor or some such other person appointed by him will be assigned to act as lead safeguarder for childrens issues at the premises.
