1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. A CCTV system is to be installed and maintained. Images recorded and retained for as long as reasonably practical and to be handed to Police/Local Authority on request. 3. Notices are to be displayed in store stating that it is an offence for people aged under 18 years to purchase alcohol. 4. Store is to be fitted with a panic button for staff to press in cases of emergency. 5. Store is to be fitted with a burglar alarm. 6. The reasonable requirements of the Fire Officer to be complied with. 7. No deliveries are to take place between the hours of 23:00 and 06:00 hours the following day. 8. All staff are to be trained in relation to underage related sales of alcohol. 9. The ‘Challenge 21’ scheme is to be adopted at all times and notices of this scheme must be prominently displayed within the store. 10. There shall be an electronic till prompt when alcohol is scanned to remind staff to check the age of the purchaser. 11. A record of all refusals will be maintained.
