There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. No licensable activities will take place under the authority of this licence until the Authority has been notified that the premises are suitable. Any reasonable requirements of the public safety authority will be complied with in order to ensure that the premises are suitable for their intended use. The licensee will give the responsible authorities a minimum of 14 days notice of the intended opening date of the premises. Other than in the area edged in green on the deposited plan, the supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises shall be to persons who are seated, and the, and the alcohol shall be served by way of waiter/waitress service only. Alcohol for consumption off the premises shall only be permitted: (a) as part of a takeaway order with food; or (b) to customers who have purchased wine as part of a table meal and who wish to take the unfinished bottle contents home with them; or (c) to customers who are using the outside area edged in blue on the deposited plan. A colour digital CCTV system to the reasonable specifications of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times whilst the premises are open. The CCTV images will be stored for 28 days and Police and Authorised Officers of the Council will be given access to the images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. Members of the management team will be trained in the use of the system. Reasonable steps will be taken to recognise the needs of local residents and/or businesses and to encourage customers to leave the premises quietly. All staff are to be trained in the operation of the 'Challange 21' scheme.
