• 1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children, save for the use of authorised AWP machines and cigarette machines. 2. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises, other than authorised cigarette machines and permitted adult gaming machines. 3. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical power supply serving all amplified music equipment. 4. Gas equipment to be maintained and serviced on a yearly basis. 5. All electrical appliances must be serviced on a yearly basis. 6. All fire equipment must be serviced on a yearly basis. 7. Certificates relating to conditions 2, 3, & 4 must be kept on the premises and made available to council officers as appropriate. 8. Fire action notices to be posted, and emergency escape routes to be signposted and illuminated as appropriate. The fire alarm system should be regularly checked. 9. Except for access and egress, all windows and doors to remain closed when live or recorded music is played. 10. Signs near the exits of the premises must clearly communicate that guests must respect the needs of local residents, and leave the premises quietly. 11. A noise limiter should be maintained and in operation. 12. Children must be accompanied by an adult whilst resorting on the premises. 13. No persons under 16 years of age will be permitted on the premises after 19:00 hours.
