Additional Conditions
1. A Colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times when the premises are open. CCTV images will be stored for 28 days. Police will be given access to the copies of images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. 2. The DPS will be a member of the local Licence Watch (as long as it exists). 3. All external car parks and walkways to be covered by appropriate lighting. 4. APS (Advanced Protection System) to be installed and maintained as appropriate. 5. There is to be no external drinking after 23:00 hours. 6. All external background music is to be turned off at 21:00 hours. 7. Except for customer access and egress, all windows and doors are to remain closed during the performance of live music. 8. No persons under the age of 18 to be allowed inside the premises after 20:30 hours unless they are accompanied by an adult and dining, or attending a private, pre booked function. Children under the age of 18 are not permitted in external drinking areas after 23.00 hours. 9. Children eating on the premises must be accompanied by an appropriate adult. 10 Anyone who appears to be under the age of 21 shall require appropriate photographic proof of age before being served alcohol. 11. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical power supply serving all amplified music equipment used for the purpose of live music and other entertainment. 12. Persons shall only be allowed to remove drinks from the premises in sealed containers. 13. A designated member of staff will monitor and be responsible for the outside drinking area at all times. 14. When dancing is to take place on the premises in an area not previously approved for dancing by the Authority, at least 14 days notices must be given to Environment and Regulatory Services and the Licensing Authority, identifying the area to be used, which should be adequate in size for its intended use as a designated dance floor and dancing must not take place in that area unless approved by the Authority

All external areas must at all times be maintained in a clean and tidy condition. 3. Live and recorded music will not take place beyond the existing times (11.00am 23:00) until the sound attenuation works to the rear windows as agreed with Environmental Protection has been carried out to their satisfaction
