Additional Conditions
1. At all times when the premises are open to the public for any licensable activity, there will be sufficient competent staff on duty for the purpose of fulfilling the terms and conditions of the licence and for preventing crime and disorder. 2. Any images captured by the premises CCTV (where installed) will be retained for at least 30 days and shall be made available at the request of a Police Officer. A sufficient number of staff will be trained in its use. 3. Notices detailing the actions to be taken in the event of fire, including how to summon the fire brigade will be prominently displayed. 4. Fire fighting equipment will be provided in the premises in accordance with the reasonable requirements of the Fire Authority. 5. Fire escape routes shall be indentified by adequate signage. 6. Clear and legible notices will be displayed at exits requesting patrons to leave the premises having regard to the needs of local residents. 7. The management of the premises will inform all bar staff that if any person, who, they believe to be under the age of 21 years, attempts to purchase alcohol, they should be asked to provide identification to prove their age. 8. A permanently fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the power supply serving all amplified music equipment used for the purposes of live music. 9. When dancing is to take place on the premises in an area not previously approved for dancing by the Authority, at least 7 days notice must be given to Environment and Regulatory Services (Health Protection Service) and the Licensing Authority, identifying the area to be used which should be suitable and adequate in size for the intended use, and dancing must take place in that area unless approved by the authority. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing shall seek to render spontaneous dancing at the premises a licensable activity or to prevent same. 10. The new premises licence shall not become effective until the Health Protection Service have inspected the premises with regard to the RCD and matters raised during the consultation period to ensure that these items have been addressed in respect of service requirements.
