Additional Conditions
1. The DPS will be a member of the local Licence Watch, or its replacement (as long as it exists). 2. Rear areas of the premises must be clearly lit. 3. RCD sockets are fitted. 4. No unaccompanied children allowed in bar. 5. The premises prohibit striptease and nudity. 6. Consumption of alcohol in the outside areas will cease at 23:00 hours. 7. All reasonable requirements agreed with Fire and Rescue Service will be complied with. 8. Noise or vibration shall not emanate from the premises, so as to cause nuisance to nearby properties after 23:00 hours each day. 9. The licensee shall prominently display A4 sized notices on all exits reminding patrons to leave the premises in a quiet and orderly fashion to respect the local neighbours needs. 10. All windows and doors shall be closed, except for access and egress, when regulated entertainment is present in the premises after 21:30 hours. 11. An acoustic lobby is to be installed to the rear entrance of the premises, as discussed with Pacific Design & Build (Drawing No. 958/03). 12. All ventilation outlets, which serve the licensed area, are to be installed with acoustic baffles and thereafter retained. 13. No licensable activities will take place under the authority of this licence until the applicant has been notified by the Licensing Authority that the premises are suitable. Any reasonable requirements of the Health Protection Service, which are directly applicable to the application to vary the premises licence, will be complied with in order to ensure that the premises are suitable for their intended use. The licensee will give the Health Protection Service a minimum of 14 days notice of the intended opening date of the premises. 14. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises.
