Additional Conditions
1. A satisfactory electrical certificate shall be provided for the premises. 2. The varied premises licence shall not become effective until the Health Protection Service have inspected the premises with regard to the electrical certificate, and any other matter raised during the consultation period, to ensure that these items have been appropriately addressed in respect of service requirements. 3. Notices are to be displayed in store to inform customers that the store operates a Challenge 21 Policy when selling age- restricted products. 4. All staff to be trained and regularly refreshed in operating a Challenge 21 Policy when selling alcohol, cigarettes and othe age restricted products. Staff are to be trained to look at the customer and ask any customer who appear to be under 21 for proof of age. 5. Alcohol and cigarette sales must only be made to over 18s, and only genuine proof of age to be accepted, i.e., UK Passport or full UK driving licence or other bona-fide forms of photo identification such as the Portman Proof of Age card, Citizencard or Validate Card, providing that the card carries a PASS hologram. 6. When alcohol or cigarette sales are refused by the seller, a record of the refusal is to be written down and kept in a log book or similar recording system. 7. To comply with the reasonable requirements of South Yorkshire Fire Service. 8. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises.
