Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. Where already used radio pages will continue to be used for the additional hours of trading and will be monitored by a responsible member of staff. 3. The DPS to actively participate in the local Pubwatch Scheme (as long as it exists) 4. The pub will not participate in drinks promotions that encourage excessive drinking. 5. Staff will be trained on drug awareness, under age drinking and other issues regarding crime and disorder on introduction and at regular staff meetings. 6. Emergency lighting, fire alarms, electrical and gas checks, PAT tests and other non statutory contracts to be maintained regularly. 7. Sound levels and volume to be monitored and adjusted accordingly. 8. Kitchen extract and pub ventilation systems regularly cleaned and maintained. 9. There should be regular checks for litter around perimeter of the pub. 10. Reasonable steps should be taken to recognise the need of local residents and to encourage customers to leave quietly. 11. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical power supply serving all amplified music equipment used for the purpose of live music and other entertainment. 12. Children under the age of 16 will not be allowed at the above premises at any time. 13. A Colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted maintained and in use at all times when the premises are open. CCTV images will be stored for 28 days. Police will be given access to the copies of images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder.
