Additional Conditions

• 1. Any existing CCTV will be maintained in working order, and operated when the premises are trading. 2. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical power supply serving all amplified music equipment used for the purpose of live music and other entertainment. 3. When dancing is to take place on the premises in an area not previously approved for dancing by the Authority, at least 14 days notice must be given to Environment and Regulatory Services (Health Protection Service) and the Licensing Authority, identifying the area to be used which should be suitable and adequate in size as the designated dance floor for the intended use, and dancing must not take place in that area unless approved by the Authority. 4. Children under the age of 16 years should be accompanied by an adult and they should vacate the premises by 10:00pm unless they are attending a private function. 5. A recognized proof of age scheme is in operation at the premises. 6. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children, save for the use of authorised AWP machines.
