Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. Children unaccompanied by a responsible adult will be encouraged to use the internal dining area. They will not be allowed to sit outside after 19:00 hours. All staff will be trained to enforce this condition. 3. Polycarbonate drinking glasses will be exclusively used in the outside seating area after 21:00 hours and any beers to be consumed by customers in that area after that time will be decanted into such glasses. Any embedded permissions and restrictions attached to the justices on/off licence including those specified at Appendix 1. Specific conditions converted from the Justices Licence - 1. Intoxicating liquor shall not be sold or supplied under the authority of the licence otherwise than:- a. To persons taking "table meals" on the premises and for consumption by such a person as an ancillary to his or her meal. 2. Suitable beverages, including drinking water, other than intoxicating liquor shall be equally available for consumption with or otherwise as an ancillary to meals served in the licensed premises.
