Additional Conditions
Any embedded permissions and restrictions attached to the justices on/off licence including those specified at Appendix 1. 1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. A staff member with the Award for Personal Licence Holders (APLH) qualification shall be on the premises from 18:00 until 05:00am hours on a Friday & Saturday night. 3. A colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police, shall be fitted, maintained and in use at all times when the premises are open. The CCTV images will be stored for 28 days and the Police and Authorised Officers of the Council shall be given access to the images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. Images will be obtained by the Police and Authorised Officers of the Council if not immediately within 24 hours.
1. A Refusals Register shall be maintained at the premises and completed on each occasion a refusal of alcohol is made. The Register will be checked and signed by the DPS or Premises Licence Holder on a monthly basis with a view to identifying any further training needs. The Register shall be made available to the Responsible Authorities on request. 2. A recognized proof of age scheme (Challenge 25) shall be operated and all staff will be trained to operate this system before making any sales of alcohol and staff training records will be maintained and made available to the Responsible Authorities on request; 3. Signage will be prominently displayed where it can be seen by customers in relation to the proof of age scheme. 4. Refresher training in relation to preventing underage sales shall be delivered to all staff at three monthly intervals and a record shall be kept of all refresher training, which shall be made available to the Responsible Authorities on request. 5. The premises shall operate a till system which prompts the staff members to a potential sale of alcohol; and 6. The DPS shall be an active member of Licence watch and shall attend at least two forum meetings per year and any local meetings.
