Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children, save for the use of authorised AWP machines and cigarette machines. 2. When dancing is to take place on the premises in an area not previously approved for dancing by the authority, at least 14 days notice must be given to the authority responsible for public safety Health Protection Service) and the Licensing Authority, identifying the area to be used. The designated dance floor should be delineated, suitable and adequate in size for its intended use and dancing must not take place in the area until approved by the Authority. 3. Indoor sporting events shall be restricted to traditional pub games. 4. All doors and windows shall be closed, save for access and egress, when regulated entertainment is present in the premises. 5. The DPS or designated member of staff must take a pro active approach to noise control, checking outside the premise to ensure that noise is kept to a reasonable level from patrons using the external area and manage noise levels internally so as not to cause a nuisance to the nearest noise sensitive property. 6. The premises licence holder shall prominently display A4 notices on all exits reminding patrons to leave the premises in a quite and orderly fashion to respect the local neighbours needs. 7. The premises licence holder shall prominently display A4 notices in all external areas reminding patrons to be quiet whilst using the facilities provided and that they are in close proximity to residential accommodation. 8. Amplified sound shall only be played in external areas in such a way that noise break out when measured at the site boundary will not exceed: (i) background noise levels measured as a LA90 by more than 3 dBA when measured as a 15 minute LAeq; (ii) background noise levels in any octave band centre frequency measured as a L90 by more than 3dB when measured on a 15 minute Leq. 9. Children under the age of 14 are not permitted on the premises at any time. 10. Persons under the age of 16 are not permitted after 20:00 hours. 11. The age verification scheme must operate in compliance with the multi agency guidance issued by the Safeguarding Children Board, Police and Trading Standards. 12. SIA registered door staff shall be used on a risk assessed basis.
