Additional Conditions
Any embedded permissions and restrictions attached to the justices Club Registration Certificate including those specified at Appendix 1. CCTV in operation and maintained to a standard expectable by South Yorkshire Police, records retained for a period of 31 days. A Colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times when the premises are open. CCTV images will be stored for 28 days. Police will be given access to the copies of images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. Any misconduct will be reported to the committee to consider action under the disciplinary code. Notices to be displayed for zero tolerance of any abusive behaviour towards staff or members of the public who resort on the premises. Violence or threatening behaviour will result in the authorities being notified. The holder of the club premises certificate shall nominate a member of staff in his absence to take charge of the premises and have responsibility for ensuring the safety of members of staff and the public who resort on the premises. All fire exits and escape routes on the premises to be kept clear at all times. The premises will be well maintained with good lighting, ventilation and no tripping hazards. Signs near the exits of the premises must clearly communicate that members and guests must respect the needs of local residents, and leave the premises quietly. An announcement of this nature should also be read over a microphone. When Live or recorded music is played all reasonable steps will be taken to avoid disturbance to neighboring properties and all windows and door will be closed during events. Persons under the age of 18 are only allowed in the club if accompanied by a responsible adult.
