Additional Conditions
1. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical power supply serving all amplified music equipment used for the purpose of live music and other entertainment. 2. All children to be accompanied by an adult at all times. 3. A colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times whilst the premises are open. The CCTV images will be stored for 28 days and police and authorised officers of the council will be given access to images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. Members of the management team will be trained in the use of the system." 4. A copy of the SYP Violent Incident Protocol to be displayed within the premises in sight of staff. This protocol should also form part of staff training and training records to reflect such input 5. The Premises licence holder will risk assess the need for door supervisors at the premises and/or employ such door supervisors at such and in such numbers as deemed necessary by the risk assessment and/or at any other times upon agreement with the police. 6. The premises licence holder will ensure that there are sufficient staffing levels including managers to encourage responsible behaviour on the premises at all times. 7. Non-alcoholic beverages including soft drinks, water (including free drinking water), coffee and tea shall be available at all times, 8. The premises licence holder shall take reasonable steps to ensure that the DPS or a nominated member of the staff shall be a member of the Pubwatch or a similar scheme where such a scheme is available. The DPS shall be encouraged to attend regular meetings of such a scheme. 9. The premises licence holder will formulate a dispersal policy in order to encourage the quiet dispersal of customers away from the vicinity of the premises. 10. Prominent, clear notices will be displayed at all exits to the premises and in any outside area under the control of the premises licence holder requesting that customers respect the needs of local residents and leave the premises and the area quietly. 11. The premises licence holder will operate a “Challenge 21” policy at all times. 12. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children.
