Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. New floor surfaces in public areas shall have a suitable non-slip finish. 3. A satisfactory electrical certificate shall be provided for the premises. 4. The maximum capacity shall be 60 covers. 5. The varied premises licence shall not become effective until the Health Protection Service have inspected the premises with regard to the electrical certificate and any new floor surfaces to ensure that these items have been appropriately addressed in respect of service requirements. 6. The premises shall operate within the current planning restrictions and close at 23:30 hours until such time that the planning restrictions are lifted. Any embedded permissions and restrictions attached to the justices on/off licence including those specified at Appendix 1. Specific conditions converted from the Justices Licence. 1. The premises will operate in the restaurant style, (which shall be primarily for the consumption of table meals) with seating and tables for dining, and food available throughout permitted hours. 2. The licence shall only permit staff registered by the Council (under the Security Staff Registration Scheme) to be engaged in duties which wholly or mainly consist of: a) Deciding on the suitability of persons to be allowed on the premises and/or b) Maintaining order on the premises. 4. The licensee to be a member of the Pub Watch Scheme. 5. Colour CCTV will be installed in positions agreed with the Police and tapes stored for such period of time as the Police may specify. 6. There shall be no amusement with prizes machines, pool table, video machines, skill with prize machines, pinball machines on the premises. 7.In the event of an application for a Special Hours Certificate, an application shall be made for a new licence.
