1. A colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times when the premises are open. CCTV images will be stored for 28 days. Police will be given access to the copies of images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. 2. No deliveries to take place between the hours of 11:00pm and 06:00am the following day. 3. Anyone who appears to be under the age of 21 shall require appropriate proof of age before being served alcohol. An 'All due diligence' refusals book is to be kept on the premises to record where sales of alcohol are challenged or refused.
