Additional Conditions
1. The premises shall operate a Challenge 25 proof of age scheme. 2. A colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times the premises are open. The CCTV images will be stored for a minimum period of 28 days Police and Authorised Officers of the Council will be given access to the images for the purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder upon reasonable request. All counter staff will be trained in how to work the system. 3.The Designated Premises Supervisor or other responsible member of staff must be assigned to act as the co-ordinator for ensuring that risk management systems are operating and staff are trained in relation to safeguarding children at all times. This person must act in compliance with the training and guidance provided by the Sheffield Safeguarding Children Board and other relevant Responsible Authorities. 4. All staff involved in the sale of alcohol will receive training on matters concerning underage sales. Records of the training will be signed by staff and made available on request to authorised officers from the Responsible Authorities, South Yorkshire Police and the Licensing Service. 5. Refresher training will be given to staff every three months and records for the training will be signed by staff and made available on request to authorised officers from the Responsible Authorities, South Yorkshire Police and the Licensing Service. 6. Refusal logs and incident logs will be kept and made available on request to authorised officers from the Responsible Authorities, South Yorkshire Police and the Licensing Service. 7. Prompts (either electronic or a manual note) will be in operation on each till to remind staff of the importance of age verification in relation to the sale of alcohol and other age restricted products. 8. Premises will support the Local Licence Watch Scheme where such scheme exists. 9. A personal licence holder must be on the premises between 5pm and 9pm daily whenever the retail sale of alcohol is offered between those times. 10. No deliveries to take place between the hours of 11:00pm and 06:00am the following day.
