Additional Conditions

• (REMOVE AS PART OF VARIATION) 1. Children under the age of 18 should be off the premises by 20:00 hours. 2. The DPS, or some other person will be assigned to act as lead safeguarder for children’s issues at the premises. 3. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical power supply serving all amplified music equipment used for the purpose of live music and other entertainment. 4. A Colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times when the premises are open. CCTV images will be stored for 28 days. Police will be given access to the copies of images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. 5. Persons shall only be allowed to remove drinks from the premises in sealed containers. (REMIVE AS PART OF VARIATION) 6. No irresponsible sales promotions of alcoholic beverages shall be offered to customers. 7. No customers carrying open or sealed bottles shall be admitted to the premises at any time that the premises are open to the public. (REMOVE AS PART OF VARIATION) 8. A sign will be displayed on the premises indicating the standard hours during which the sale of alcohol is permitted. 9. All fire doors will be maintained effectively self closing and shall not be held open other than by approved devices. 10. Notices detailing the actions to be taken in the event of fire or other emergencies, including how the fire brigade shall be summoned, are to be prominently displayed. No regulated entertainment of any type shall take place outside the premises in any area which are within the licence holder’s control after 22:00 hours save for any special event seven days’ notice of which has been given to the licensing authority and police. 12. When amplified musical entertainment is taking place inside the premises after 22:00 hours windows and doors, save for entrance and exit purposes, will be kept shut. 13. A sign will be located at the exit(s) requesting that customers leaving the premises do so quietly and with consideration to neighbours. 14. Anyone who appears to be under the age of 18 and who is attempting to buy alcohol must be required to produce proof of age before such a sale is made. 15. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children.
