Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children, save for the use of authorised AWP machines. 2. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical supply serving amplified music equipment used for the purpose of live and other entertainment. 3. Noise from licensed activities will be inaudible at the nearest sensitive properties after 23:00 hours. 4. Floodlights and external lighting is to be maintained, to ensure car park and external drinking areas are kept safe. 5. The DPS will be a member of the local Licence Watch (as long as it exists). 6. Fire action notices to be posted, and emergency escape routes to be signposted and illuminated as appropriate. The fire alarm system should be regularly checked. 7. All windows and doors to remain closed when live or recorded music is played. 8. Music volume monitored by the Designated Premises Supervisor due to neighbouring retirement home. 9. An appropriate adult must accompany all persons under 18 years of age. 10. Persons under 18 years of age are only allowed in the function rooms during a private function or in the designated family room.
1. No amplified activity (including for the avoidance of doubt all amplified music, spoken words or any other form of amplified sound) to take place outside the Premises; and 2. No alcohol to be consumed in any of the external areas of the premises after 24:00 hours on Monday to Saturday, 23:30 hours on Sundays and to 24:00 hours on New Years Eve and the standard terminal hour on New Years Day.
