Additional Conditions
1. Colour CCTV installed in consultation with South Yorkshire Police, to be maintained. The tapes are retained and available for Police use. 2. No irresponsible drinks promotions. 3. Signs near the exits of the premises must clearly communicate that guests must respect the needs of local residents, and leave the premises quietly. 4. Children under the age of 16 shall not be permitted on the premises after 7:00pm and must always be accompanied by a person over 18 years of age. 5. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical power supply serving all amplified music equipment used for the purpose of live music and other entertainment. Any embedded permissions and restrictions attached to the justices on/off licence including those specified at Appendix 1. 6. Intoxicating liquor shall only be sold or supplied in the areas edged red on the plans deposited with the Clerk to the Licensing Justices. 7. The licensee shall only permit staff registered by the Council under the security staff registration Scheme to be engaged in duties which wholly or mainly consist of: a. Deciding on the suitability of persons to be allowed on the premises and/or b. Maintaining order on the premises. 8. The licensee shall be a member of the pub watch scheme. 9. Colour CCTV will be installed in positions agreed with the Police and tapes stored for such period of time as the Police may specify. 10. In the event of an application for a Special Hours certificate, an application will also be made for a new licence. 11. There shall be no sale of intoxicating liquor for consumption off the premises except in sealed vessels. 12. Tables and chairs shall be provided at the premises to provide seating for a minimum of 50% of the maximum capacity fixed by the Fire Officer and Environmental Health.
