Additional Conditions
1. The existing CCTV system at the premises (if any) be maintained. Tapes/Visual images recorded shall be retained for a period of 31 days and must be handed to the Police upon request, against signature. 2. Where the premises trade past midnight for licensable activities on Friday and Saturday then the operator will provide a suitable number of door staff. 3. The premises will keep a record of door staff on duty, including the name and address. 4. The pub manager is required to actively participate in and support the local Pubwatch scheme (where active). 5. Text and/or radio pagers, where already used will be used for the additional hours. 6. Reasonable steps are taken to recognize the rights of local residents and to encourage customers to leave the premises quietly. 7. Manages are required to liaise with local neighbors as part of their duties and resolve any reasonable concerns in accordance with the premises Role in the Community Guidelines. 8. No adult entertainment (paid for by the company of a nude physical nature) is permitted at these premises. Any children under 16 remain the responsibility of the accompanying adult when using the premises (and/or exterior area). 9. The site operates the companies own scheme named “Challenge 21” which requires staff to challenge anyone who does not look over 21 to produce ID, Signage for this policy is in place at the site. 10. Prominent signs are to be placed at the exits to the premises informing customers that glasses and open bottles are not to be taken from the premises. 11. All doors and windows shall be closed, save for access and egress, when live amplified music is played within the premises. 12. All amplified music played within the premises shall be played through an in-house amplified sound system which shall be fitted with a noise limiting device. The setting of the device shall be agreed with the Environmental Health Officer. 13. The DPS or designated member of staff must take a proactive approach to noise control, checking outside the premises to ensure that noise is kept to a reasonable level by patrons using the external areas. 14. During live music events involving amplified music, the DPS or a designated member of staff shall, from time to time, monitor the outside of the premises to ensure that the noise from the premises does not cause a nuisance to the nearest noise sensitive property. 15. A5 notices shall be prominently displayed at all exits reminding patrons to leave the premises in a quiet and orderly fashion and be respectful to local neighbours. 16. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 17. Door staff Sunday - Thursday to be self assessed by the designated premises supervisor or member of the management team. 18. The temporary stage shall only be used for live performers and DJ's. No access shall be permitted for members of the public.
