Additional Conditions
1. The Designated Premises Supervisor will be a member of the local Pub Watch (as long as it exists). 2. External lighting is to be placed in car parks and walkways. 3. No external drinking after 11:00 pm. 4. Where appropriate, prominent, clear and legible notices shall be displayed at all exits requesting the patrons respect the needs of local residents, and to leave the premises and area quietly. 5. No external regulated entertainment allowed. 6. Except for access and egress, all windows and doors to remain closed when live or recorded music is played. 7. Colour CCTV will be installed in positions agreed with the Police and images stored for 31 days. CCTV system to be maintained and in use at all times the premises are open. Police to be given access to images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. External lighting to be provided in order to enhance CCTV images where necessary. 8. Regulated entertainment shall not occur more than twice in any one month. 9. The designated premises supervisor, or some such other person, will be assigned to act as lead safeguarder for childrens issues at the premises. 10. Anyone who appears to be under the age of 21 shall require appropriate photographic proof of age before being served alcohol. 11. No persons under 18 years of age will be permitted on the premises after 21:00hours. Specific conditions attached to the Justices On Licence 1. Substantial food shall be provided until at least 8:30pm.
1. No clearing/disposing of bottles outside the premises after 11:00pm. 2. Designated Premises Supervisor will conduct regular checks for noise disturbance from the premises, with particular reference to the surrounding properties. 3. When live entertainment is taking place, the playing of music must cease on the closure of premises to the public. 4. A telephone number of a taxi company should be prominently displayed at the premises. 5. A log book must be maintained for all complaints to be registered. 6. Any other conditions agreed prior to this hearing.
