Any embedded permissions and restrictions attached to the justices Club Registration Certificate including those specified at Appendix 1. Notices to be displayed for zero tolerance of any abusive behaviour towards staff or members of the public who resort on the premises. Violence or threatening behaviour will result in the authorities being notified. The holder of the club premises certificate shall nominate a member of staff in his absence to take charge of the premises and have responsibility for ensuring the safety of members of staff and the public who resort on the premises. All fire exits and escape routes on the premises to be kept clear at all times. First aid equipment and material is available on the premises. The premises will be well maintained with good lighting, ventilation and no tripping hazards. Fire action notices to be posted, and emergency escape routes to be signposted and illuminated as appropriate. The fire alarm system should be regularly checked. Except for access and egress, all windows and doors to remain closed when live or recorded music is played. Signs near the exits of the premises must clearly communicate that guests must respect the needs of local residents, and leave the premises quietly. No films or videos of any description will be shown so they can be viewed by persons under the age of any applicable BBFC / Local Authority certification.
