Additional Conditions
1. A close circuit TV system will be installed and maintained. Images will be recorded and retained for at least 28 days and will be handed to Police/Local Authority on request. 2. All staff will be trained in relation to underage related sales of alcohol. Notices will be displayed in-store notifying public that it is an offence for under 18s to purchase alcohol. A Think 21 Scheme will be set in place and notices of this prominently displaced within the store. 3. An electrical till prompt will also be in use for when customers purchase alcohol in order to remind staff to check age of the purchaser. 4. An all due diligence refusals book will be kept to record where sales of alcohol are challenged or refused. 5. The store will be fitted with a panic button for staff to press in cases of emergency. 6. The store will be fitted with a burgular alarm. 7. To comply with the reasonable requirements of the Fire Authority. 8. No deliveries to the store are to take place between 23:00 and 06:00 hours the following day.
