Additional Conditions
1. The pub will actively enforce a zero tolerance policy on illegal drugs. 2. The designated premises supervisor, or some such other person, will be assigned to act as lead safeguarder for childrens issues at the premises. This member of staff would be expected to know what to do and who to contact if safeguarding concerns arise and bears no responsibility for the direct supervision of children. 3. Signs near the exits of the premises must clearly communicate that guests must respect the needs of local residents, and leave the premises quietly. 4. Blanks to be placed in unused sockets. 5. All children must be accompanied to by an appropriate adult when using the toilet. 6. Children under the age of 16 should be off the premises by 21:00 hours. 7. The designated premises supervisor, or some such other person, will be assigned to act as lead safeguarder for childrens issues at the premises. 8. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical power supply serving all amplified music equipment used for the purpose of live music and other entertainment. 9. When dancing is to take place on the premises in an area not previously approved for dancing by the Authority, at least 14 days notice must be given to Environment and Regulatory Services (Health Protection Service) and the Licensing Authority, identifying the area to be used which should be suitable and adequate in size as the designated dance floor for the intended use, and dancing must not take place in that area unless approved by the Authority.
