Additional Conditions

• 1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. CCTV is installed to monitor internal and external areas of the premises. 3. Staff will advise customers to leave the premises quietly. 4. No deliveries will be made before 09:00 hours or after 21:00 hours on any day. 5.The capacity to the premises(ground floor licensed area in accordance with plan LP/001 RevA) shall not exceed 25 persons. 6.The premises shall operate as a restaurant /takeaway and shall be primarily for the service and consumption of meals, with seating and tables for dining and food available throughout the permitted hours. 7.The provision of alcohol for consumption on the premises shall be ancillary to dining. 8. A Challenge 25 scheme will operate at all times when the premises are open 9. A CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times whilst the premises are open (in line with specification July 2011) . The CCTV images will be stored for 28 days and police and authorised officers of the council will be given access to images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. Members of the management team will be trained in the use of the system. 10. Persons under the age of 18 years are not permitted after 21:00 hours. 11. No customers carrying opened bottles permitted entry to the premises. 12. Drinks may not be removed from the premises in open containers.
