Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises. 2. The current level of lighting outside the premises will continue for the additional hours of trading. 3. Any person who appears to be intoxicated will not be allowed entry to the premises. 4. The DPS will actively participate and support the local Pub Watch Scheme. 5. Door supervisors are used on an occasional basis as required depending on the economic circumstances of the specific night and in consultation with the police on football match days. 6. Regularly liaise with the police. 7. The pub has taken a proactive approach to promotions and pricing and does not promote any initiatives that encourage excessive drinking. 8. Staff are to be trained on drug awareness, under age drinking and other issues regarding crime and disorder on induction and at regular staff meetings. 9. The current level of lighting outside the premises will continue for the additional hours of trading. 10. Monitor sound levels and adjust the volume accordingly. 11. Acoustic ceiling; building has been the subject of a full acoustic report. 12. Kitchen extractor fan and pub ventilation systems regularly cleaned and maintained. 13. Waste bins are emptied regularly to prevent litter. 14. Regular checks are made on the perimeter of the pub. 15. Refuse collections 3 times a week. 16. Encourage your customers to leave premises quietly. 17. The pub operates a Portman prove it scheme. 18. Children are only allowed onto the premises if they are accompanied by an adult, are supervised at all times and they must never approach the bar or use any of the gaming machines. 19. A colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times when the premises are open. CCTV images will be stored for 28 days. Police will be given access to the copies of images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. 20. Persons shall only be allowed to remove drinks from the premises in sealed containers. 21. Each entrance to the premises will be monitored by at least 1 member of doorstaff from 21:00 hours on Fridays and Saturdays if the premises are to remain open after 01:00 hours and also on any day when entertainment is to be provided after 01:00 hours. 22. Customers will be permitted to enter the premises after 02:00 hours if they are hotel guests or bona fide members of a membership scheme and have signed up at least 48 hours beforehand. 23. To acquire a suitable number of radio set(s) for that premise and take into use at all times when trading the CCRAC Radio Scheme, and continue to be a user whilst this system / facility is in use in Sheffield. 24. Children under the age of 16 shall not be permitted on the premises after 19:00 hours. 25. The designated premises supervisor, or some such other person, will be assigned to act as lead safeguarder for childrens issues at the premises.
