Any embedded permissions and restrictions attached to the justices on/off licence including those specified at Appendix 1. 1) A closed circuit CCTV system is to be installed and maintained. The recorded images are to be retained for as long as reasonably practical and given to the police or local authority on request. 2) Notices must be displayed in store notifying the public that it is an offence for people under 18 to purchase alcohol. 3) A panic button is to be fittd for staff to use in case of an emergency. 4) The store is to be fuitted with a burglar alarm. 5) The reasonable requirements of the South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue will be complied with. 6) No deliveries will take place between the hours of 23:00 and 06:00 the following day. 7) All staff must be trained in relation to underage sales of alcohol. 8) A proof of age scheme Think 21 must be in place and notices prominently displayed within the store. 9) The till must have an electronic prompt when alcohol is scanned to remind staff to check the age of the purchaser. 10) An All Due Dilligence refusals book must be kept to record where sales of alcohol are challenged or refused.
