1. All windows to remain closed after 23:00 hours. 2. Signs near the exits of the premises must clearly communicate that members and guests must respect the needs of local residents, and leave the premises quietly. 3. Live music will only be staged in the concert room. 4. All persons under the age of 18 to be accompanied by an appropriate adult. Young adults applying for club membership must produce an appropriate proof of age. 5. Security Fencing to be erected on the perimeters of the premises. 6. To comply with the reasonable requirements of South Yorkshire Fire Service. 7. A satisfactory electrical certificate shall be provided on completion of the works. 8. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical supply serving all amplified music equipment used for the purpose of live music and DJs. 9. Suitable non-slip floor surfaces shall be used in parts of the premises that are thoroughfares and public areas. 10. The varied premises certificate shall not take effect until the Health Protection Service has inspected the premises with regard to matters raised during the consultation period to ensure that these matters have been appropriately addressed in respect of service requirements.
