Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. A Colour CCTV system agreed with South Yorkshire Police will be in use at all times when the premises are open. CCTV images will be stored for 31 days. Police will be given access to the copies of images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. 3. The company will monitor the need for door supervisors and in so doing will take in to account any advice given by the Police. 4. The licensee to be a member of the Pub Watch Scheme (where active). 5. Text and/or radio pagers, where already used, will be used for any additional hours. 6. Toughened glass will continue to be used during any additional hours. 7. Existing CCTV system will continue to be in operation when the premises are open to the public. 8. In line with the Alcohol and Social Responsibility Policy there will be no promotion that encourages illegal, irresponsible or immoderate consumption. 9. Reasonable steps are taken to recognize the rights of local residents and to encourage customers to leave the premises quietly. 10. No adult entertainment (paid for by the company of a nude physical nature) is permitted at these premises. 11. Any children under 16 remain the responsibility of the accompanying adult when using the premises (and /or exterior area). 12. Staff are not to be allowed to be a sole supervision of children which remains the responsibility of the accompanying adult at all times. Conditions agreed in conjunction with variation of premises licence, granted 1st October 2007. 13. New floor finishes in public areas and thoroughfares shall be a suitable non-slip specification.
