Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children, save for the use of authorised AWP machines. 2. A colour CCTV System to the specificatio of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times whilst the premises are open. The CCTV images will be stored for 31 days and police and authorised officers of the council will be given access to images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. CCTv footage shall be downloaded and provided to SOuth Yorkshire Police on request. Members of the management team will be trained in the use of the system. A copy of the specification dated January 2010 will be available at all times for inspection of the police and authorised officers. 3. Windows and doors to remain closed during live and recorded music save for access and egress. 4. All external music to cease at 21:00. 5. The use of door supervisors to be risk assessed on an event by event basis, where engaged, door staff shall be licensed by the SIA. 6. The premises will maintain a register of refusals, incidents and staff training. Such records will be kept and made available for inspection by the authorities upon request. 7. The premises will operate a challenge 25 scheme. 8. The premises will provide 28 days written notice to South Yorkshire Police prior to holding any boxing or wrestling event. 9. A minimum of 2 SIA registered door staff will be employed during all boxing and wrestling events. 10. To be an active member of the local Pubwatch/licencewatch scheme. 11. No children will be permitted unsupervised and must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. 12. There will be a designated person on the premises to supervise children.
