Additional Conditions
1. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical power supply serving all amplified music equipment used for the purpose of live music and other entertainment. 2. A Colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times when the premises are open. CCTV images will be stored for 28 days. Police will be given access to the copies of images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. 3. Signs near the exits of the premises must clearly communicate that guests must respect the needs of local residents, and leave the premises quietly. 4. The designated premises supervisor to be a member of the Pub Watch scheme or any replacement scheme as long as it exists. 5. All windows and external doors to be kept shut (not locked) during live performances save for customers access and egress. 6. No external regulated entertainment. 7. The Designated Premises Supervisor, or some other such person, will be assigned to act as Childrens Safeguarder at the premises. 8. When dancing is to take place on the premises in an area not previously approved for dancing by the Authority, at least 14 days notice must be given to Environment and Regulatory Service (Health Protection Service) and Licensing Authority, identifying the area to be used which should be suitable and adequate in size as the designated dance floor for the intended use, and dancing must not take place in that area unless approved by the Authority.
1. A noise limiter must be installed to ensure noise from the premises cannot be heard at the nearest noise sensitive property. 2. The CCTV system requested by South Yorkshire Police must be installed to their satisfaction prior to the varied licence taking effect.
