Additional Conditions
1. The DPS will be a member of the local Licence Watch (as long as it exists). 2.The juke box volume will be reduced after 23:30 hours. 3.All windows must be kept closed after 22:00 hours. 4.A notice will be prominently placed at the exits asking customers to leave quietly. 5.Anyone who appears to be under the age if 21 shall require photographic proof of age before being served alcohol. 6.No persons under 16 will be allowed inside the premises after 22:00 hours except for private functions when they will be restricted to the function room. 7.A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical power supply serving all amplified music equipment used for the purpose of live music and other entertainment. 8.When dancing is to take place on the premises in an area not previously approved for dancing by the Authority, at least 14 days notice must be given to Environment and Regulatory Services (Health Protection Service) and the Licensing Authority, identifying the area to be used which is not less than 20% of the capacity on a 0.4m2/person as the designated dance floor for the intended use, and dancing must not take place in that area unless approved by the Authority. 9. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children, save for the use of authorised AWP machines.
1.Bottled drinks to be transferred to a glass when patrons wish to stand outside. 2.Windows on the rear ground floor elevation to be replaced with double glazed windows within 28 days of the Second Appointed Day (24/11/05).
