Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. The DPS will be a member of the local Pub Watch (as long as it exists). 3. Function bookings will be limited to 100 persons. 4. No live or recorded music will be played externally after 18:00 hours. 5. Signs near the exits of the premises must clearly communicate that members and guests must respect the needs of local residents, and leave the premises quietly. 6. Anyone who appears to be under the age of 21 shall require appropriate proof of age before being served alcohol 7. Persons under 16 years of age will not be allowed inside the premises after 21:00 hours except for private functions. On such occasions, such persons will be accompanied by an appropriate adult and restricted to the function room area. 8. There will be a significant decrease in the volume of all music after 23:00 hours whenever this is applicable. 9. When regulated dancing is to take place (excluding private dancing) on the premises in an area not previously approved for dancing by the Authority, at least 14 days notice must be given Environmental and Regulatory Services (Health Protection Service) and the Licensing Authority, identifying the area to be used which is not less than 20% of the capacity on a 0.4m2 / person as the designated dance floor and dancing must not take place in that area unless approved by the authority. 10. No bottle bins are to be emptied after 22:00 hours.
