Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. A Challenge 21 scheme will be in operation at the premises, notices will be displayed to reflect this. A record of refusals will be kept and maintained at the premises. 3. A residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical power serving amplified music equipment. 4. A suitable event safety plan shall be provided for outdoor events. 5. Signage is to be displayed near exits requesting members and guests to respect the needs of local residents by quietly leaving the premises and car park. 6. When Live and Recorded music is played, all reasonable steps are taken to avoid disturbance to neighbouring properties. 7. On any occasion that regulated entertainment takes place under this licence (Outdoors), the applicant will give wherever possible 28 days prior written notice to the Environment and Regulatory Services of Sheffield City Council, or in any case a period of time to allow suitable and sufficient comment to be made with respect to the core objective relating to the Prevention of Public Nuisance. 8. CCTV recordings will be kept for 28 days and will be made available to the Responsible Authorities upon request. 9. Security staff will be employed as necessary. 10. All outdoor events are to cease at 21:00 hours.
