Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. The premises shall operate primarily as a restaurant with a minimum of 40 covers for seated dining. 3. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical power serving all amplified musical equipment used for the purpose of live music. 4. Before any dancing takes place at the premises, the dance floor and arrangement must be agreed with the Authority responsible for public safety (Heath Protection Service). At least 14 days notice must be given identifying the area to be used. The designated dance floor should be delineated, suitable and adequate in size for its intended use and dancing must not take place in the area until approved by the Authority. 5. Regulated entertainment in the form of live music shall be limited to the first floor of the premises. 6. Alcohol shall not be removed from the premises in open drinking vessels. 7. Children are not permitted after 21:00 hours unless dining or attending a private pre-booked family function. 8. CCTV will be installed with recording facilities, such recording facilities shall be retained for a period of 28 days and made available within a reasonable time upon request by the Police. 9. The Designated Premise Supervisor or a staff member will be a member of the local "Licence Watch". 10. Door staff will be employed at the discretion of the Designated Premise Supervisor/ Premises Licence Holder. 11. Signs will be placed inside the premises requesting customers to vacate the premises quietly at the end of the evening. 12. Noise or vibration shall not emanate from the premises so as to cause a nuisance to nearby properties. 13. Children under the age of 18 years old are only allowed to attend the premises if accompanied by and appropriate adult.
