Additional Conditions
1. A satisfactory electrical certificate for the premises must be submitted prior to the opening of the premises. 2. When dancing is to take place in an area not previously approved for dancing by the authority, at least 14 days notice must be given to the Health Protection Service and Licensing Authority, identifying the area to be used, which should be suitable and adequate in size as the designated dance floor for its intended use and dancing must not take place in that area unless approved by the Authority. 3. Indoor sporting events shall be restricted to traditional pub games. 4. To meet with the reasonable requests of South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service. 5. Risk assessments will be undertaken with regard to crime and disorder, public safety and public nuisance. 6. Location of furniture on the patios will be subject to the provision of a safe evacuation route at the prescribed width proposed by the Fire Officer. 7. A half hour fire resisting door along with a self closing device must be fitted and remain on place between the kitchen and bar servery. 8. Any person exercising a security activity (as defined by paragraph 2 (1)(a) of schedule 2 of the Private Security Industry Act 2001) shall be licensed by the Security Industry Authority. 9. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children.
