1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2.A full colour CCTV system is to be installed and will be maintained with recording facilities. Such recordings shall be retained for a period of 30 days and made available within a reasonable time upon request by the Police. 3.The premises will support the Local Licence Watch Scheme, where such scheme relates to off licences and its operation. 4.Suitable signage will be displayed at the premises with regard to litter. 5.A refusals book will be maintained at the premises and will be available to Responsible Authority representatives upon reasonable request. 6.A Challenge 25 scheme is to be in operation, in compliance with the guidance issued by the Tackling Underage Sales Strategic Group (TUSSG). 7.A Personal Licence Holder must be on duty at the premises on Friday and Saturday evenings between 17:00 hours and closing time. 8.The premises will support community initiatives at the reasonable request of the Responsible Authorities by displaying publicity materials (e.g. Parents as Partners). 9.Alcohol will be sold in sealed containers only and must not be consumed inside or on the curtilage of the premises. 10.Staff involved in the sale of alcohol will receive training on matters concerning underage sales. 11.The Premises Licence Holder must liaise with the Health Protection Service in order to ensure that relevant works, as necessary, are completed to the satisfaction of the Health Protection Service, who will inspect the premises prior to the variation becoming effective.
