Additional Conditions
1. No customers carrying open or sealed bottles shall be admitted to the premises at any time that the premises are open to the public. 2. All fire exits and escape routes on the premises to be kept clear at all times. Notices detailing the actions to be taken in the event of fire or other emergencies, including how the fire brigade should be summoned, are to be prominently displayed. 3. All fire escapes must be maintained effectively self-closing and shall not be held open other than by approved devices. 4. Hangings, curtains and temporary decorations are to be maintained in a flame retardant condition. 5. Noise or vibration shall not emanate from the premises so as to cause a nuisance to nearby properties. 6. Noxious smells must be strictly controlled so not to cause nuisance to nearby properties. 7. Signs near the exits of the premises must clearly communicate that guests must respect the needs of local residents, and leave the premises quietly. 8. Anyone who appears to be under the age if 18 shall require appropriate proof of age before being served alcohol. 9. Colour CCTV system as previously agreed with South Yorkshire Police to be maintained and in use at all times the premises are open. CCTV images will be stored for 31 days. Police to be given access to images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. 10. The premises will primarily operate as a sports centre, the sale and supply of alcohol shall be confined to the designated licensed area and to the following persons only: a. Persons participating in sporting events in the centre, spectators to such events, visitors to and participants in any organized sporting events or sporting functions within the centre, and any employee of the centre. b. Persons attending pre-booked functions. 11. The Designated Premises Supervisor for these premises must be a registered member of Sheffield Licence Watch. Annual member and meeting attendance should be maintained. 12. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical power supply serving all amplified music equipment used for the purpose of live music and other entertainment. 13. When public dancing is to take place on the premises in an area not previously approved for dancing by the Authority, at least 14 days notice must be given to Environment and Regulatory Services (Health Protection Service) and the Licensing Authority, identifying the area to be used which should be suitable and adequate in size as the designated dance floor for the intended use, and dancing must not take place in that area unless approved by the Authority. 14. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises. 15. Persons shall only be allowed to remove drinks from the premises in sealed containers.
