Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. A colour digital CCTV system to the reasonable specifications of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted and maintained and in use at all times whilst the premises are open. The CCTV images will be stored for 28 days and Police and Authorised Officers of the Council will be given access to the images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of Crime and Disorder. Members of the Management Team will be trained in the use of the system. 3. Premises to continue to operate as a Café Bar style of operation. 4. Off sales to be restricted to the area identified on the plan. 5. Substantial refreshment shall be available up until one hour prior to the end of permitted hours for the sale of alcohol. 6. The manager will be an active member of the Pub Watch Scheme (or its successor). 7. Ongoing training will be provided for staff in all aspects of bar management. 8. Staffing levels will be maintained to provide an efficient service both at the bar and waiting on customers. 9. Customers must be advised to leave the premises quietly. 10. Double-glazing to the premises will be maintained. 11. No amplified sound shall be played within the building except through an in house sound system fitted with a sound limiter, the settings of which shall have received the prior written approval of the Licensing Authority.
