Additional Conditions

• 1. Colour CCTV system as previously agreed with South Yorkshire Police to be maintained and in use at all times the premises are open. CCTV images will be stored for 31 days. Police to be given access to images for purposes in connection with crime and disorder. 2. Persons under the age of 18 years are not permitted to be on the premsies after 22:00 hours unless accompanied by a responsible adult and attending a family type function or dining. 3. Persons shall only be allowed to remove drinks from the premises in sealed containers. 4. To acquire a suitable number of radio set(s) for that premise and take the CCRAC Radio Scheme into use at all times when trading, and continue to be a user whilst this system / facilities in use in Sheffield. 5. The Designated Premises Supervisor for these premises must be a registered member of Sheffield Licence Watch. Annual membership and meeting attendance should be maintained. 6. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical power supply serving all amplified music equipment used for the purpose of live music. 7. No customers carrying open or sealed bottles shall be admitted to the premises at any time the premises are open to the public. 8. A sign will be displayed on the premises indicating the standard hours during which the sale of alcohol is permitted. 9. Registered door staff shall be employed following risk assessments carried out by either the DPS or Premises Licence Holder. 10. All fire doors will be maintained effectively self closing and shall not be held open other than by approved devices. 11. Notices detailing the actions to be taken in the event of fire or other emergencies, including how the fire brigade shall be summoned, are to be prominently displayed. 12. No regulated entertainment of any type shall take place outside the premises in any areas that are within the licence holder's control after 22:00 hours save for any special event seven days notice of which has been given to the Licensing Authority and South Yorkshire Police. 13. A sign will be located at the exit(s) requesting that customers leaving the premises do so quietly and with consideration to neighbours. 14. Children are permitted onto the premises when accompanied by an adult and dining. 15. Anyone who appears to be under the age of 18 years and who is attempting to buy alcohol must be required to produce proof of age before such a sale is made. 16. After the terminal hour for regulated entertainment, reduced volume background music only will be permitted for the remainder of the opening hours. 17. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. Conditions agreed with Responsible Authorities - Variation application granted 6th January 2010 1. Persons under the age if 18 will not be permitted on the premises when adult entertainment, services or activities take place. 2. When dancing is to take place on the premises in an area not previously approved for dancing by the Authority, at least 14 days notice must be given to Environment and Regulatory Services (Health Protection Service) and the Licensing Authority, identifying the area to be used, which should be suitable and adequate in size as the designated dance floor for the intended use, and dancing must not take place in that area unless approved by the authority. 3. There shall be no special effects (eg. lasers, strobes, etc) without prior approval of the responsible authority for public safety (Health protection Service). 4. All doors and windows shall be closed, save for access and egress, when regulated entertainment is present in the premises. 5. The DPS or a designated member of staff must take a proactive approach to noise control, checking outside the premise to ensure that noise is kept to a reasonable level from patrons using the external area and manage noise levels internally so as not to cause a nuisance to the nearest noise sensitive property. 6. The premises licence holder shall prominently display A5 notices on all exits reminding patrons to leave the premises in a quiet and orderly fashion to respect local neighbours needs. 7. The rear external area (platform to rear fire door) is not to be used by customers at any time during the premises is open. 8. Regulated entertainment shall not take effect beyond existing hours until a scheme of sound attenuation works, including all physical and mechanical noise control measures, have been carried out to the written satisfaction of the Environmental Protection Service. The Scheme is to include: i) No amplified sound shall be played in the premises except through an in-house amplified sound system fitted a sound limiter and a cut off device connected to all emergency fire doors. The settings of which shall have received the prior written approval of the Environmental Protection Service. ii) All ventilation outlets, which serve the licensed area, are to be acoustically baffled and there after retained. iii) Installation if a new secondary acoustic glazing or improvement works to the existing glazing to the rear of the premises. Conditions agreed with Responsible Authorities – Minor Variation application granted 24th December 2012 1. Finger guards are to be fitted with self closing devices and in particular the doors to the lobbies of facilities. 2. A designated area of the premises is to be operated for family use.
