Conditions attached following a review of the premises licence by the licensing authority: - Board Hearing held 5th September 2006 - Conditions effective from 6th October 2006 1. A colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times that the premises are open and that CCTV images will be stored for a period of 28 days and authorised Officers and Officers with appropriate authority together with South Yorkshire Police Officers must be given access to images for the purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder; 2. The designated premises supervisor for the premises must be a registered member of Sheffield Licence Watch and annual membership of Sheffield Licence Watch and meeting attendance must be maintained. 3. The Challenge 21 rule must be invoked at all times and posters/stickers to that effect must be clearly displayed; and 4. At all times that alcohol is sold during the permitted hours at the premises, there shall be at least one person who holds a current personal licence under the Licensing Act 2003 on the premises to authorise the sale of alcohol.
