CCTV in operation 24 hours a day and maintained internally and on the exterior of the premises. No drinks are to be taken outside in glass containers. First aid equipment and material is available on the premises. Staff should be aware of the location of this equipment. All fire exits and escape routes on the premises to be kept clear at all times. All electrical appliances must be serviced on a yearly basis. Certificates relating to these inspections must be kept on the premises made available to council officers as appropriate. All fire extinguishers and fire blankets must be inspected on a yearly basis. Certificates relating to these inspections must be kept on the premises made available to council officers as appropriate. All ashtrays must be emptied into a fire proof container. In order to minimise the effect of light pollution, all non-essential external lighting is to be switched off after the premises is closed. Extractor Fans and Filter system to be cleaned and maintained regularly. Ensure all waste (including domestic waste) is stored in a closed container. No amplified music is to be provided outside the pub at any time. No deliveries to, or collections from the premises are to be permitted between the hours of 23:00 and 07:00 hours on any day. The premises licence holder shall prominently display notices on all exits reminding patrons to leave the premises in a quite and orderly fashion and to respect the local neighbours needs. Children are only allowed on the premises until 19:30 hours and must be accompanied by an appropriate adult. The activities of any Strippers are to be restricted as appropriate. Strippers are not to access the premises before 19:30 hours. The pub will actively enforce a zero tolerance policy on illegal drugs (as discussed in the clubs Licensing Objectives Book. Anyone who appears to be under the age of 18 shall require photographic proof of age before being served alcohol. All doors and windows shall be closed, save for access and egress, from 22:00 hours onwards when regulated entertainment is present within the premises. The DPS or designated member of staff must take a pro active approach to noise control, checking outside the premises to ensure that noise is kept to a reasonable level from patrons using the external areas, and manage noise levels internally and externally so as not to cause a nuisance to the nearby noise sensitive properties. A colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times whilst the premises are open. The CCTV images will be stored for 31 days and police and authorised officers of the council will be given access to images for purposes in conenction with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. Members of the mamagement team will be trained in the use of the system.
