Additional Conditions
1. When dancing is to take place in an area which has no designated permanent dance floor, a purpose made temporary dance floor shall be used which is suitable and sufficient in size for its intended use. 2. A permanent fixed residual device (RCD) must protect the electrical supply serving amplified music equipment for live music and DJ. 3. Ensure staff use the Challenge 21 initiative. 4. There will be zero tolerance on drug use. 5. Use of SIA door staff. 6. Premises to be manned 24 hours 7 days a week. 7. CCTV cameras to be in use inside and outside of the premises 8. Children only allowed on site at private functions and dining under adult/parent supervision. Any embedded permissions and restrictions attached to the justices on/off licence including those specified at Appendix 1. 9. The licensee shall be a member of the Pub Watch Scheme. 10. Colour CCTV will be installed (or maintained) in positions agreed with the Police and tapes or images stored for a minimum of 31 days, and made available to Police Officers at any reasonable time on demand. 11. Intoxicating liquor shall only be sold or supplied in the areas edged red on the plans deposited with the Clerk to the Licensing JusticesÂ’. 12. There shall be no sale or supply of intoxicants for consumption off the premises except in sealed vessels. In the restaurant only the following conditions will also apply 13. Intoxicating liquor shall not be sold or supplied under the authority of this licence otherwise than to persons taking 'table meals' on the premises and for consumption by such a person as an ancillary to his meal. 14. Suitable beverages, including drinking water, other than intoxicating liquor shall be equally available for consumption with or otherwise as an ancillary to meals served in the licensed premIses.
1. The premises licence holder shall prominently display A4 notices on all exits reminding patrons to leave the premises in a quiet and orderly fashion to respect the local residents needs. 2. The premises licence holder is to liase with Sheffield City CouncilÂ’s Environmental Protection Service in connection with the planting of trees or hedges or similar as additional sound attenuation measures.
