Additional Conditions

• 1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. A Personal Licence holder will be present on the premises whenever trading continues after 23:00 hours. 3. The licensee reserves the right to put on 20 “Events Days” per annum. Five working days written notice will be provided to Police, if they require it, after the event has been planned. 4. Function bookings shall be restricted to 150 persons. 5. Live music shall not be permitted after 24:00 hours, with the exception of New Years Eve and New Years Day. 6. In the event of Live Music taking place after 22:00 hours all windows must remain closed. 7. Live Music shall be restricted to the Main Bar Area. 8. The volume of Recorded music will be reduced to background levels after 23:30 hours. 9. Signs near the exits of the premises must clearly communicate that guests must respect the needs of local residents, and leave the premises quietly. 10. Kitchen extract filters will be cleaned once a week to minimise the impact of cooking smells. 11. Anyone who appears to be under the age of 20 shall require appropriate proof of age before being served alcohol. 12. All children under the age of 16 years shall vacate the premises by 21:30 hours. 13. A lead safeguarder for children’s issues will be assigned at the premises.
