Any embedded permissions and restrictions attached to the justices on/off licence including those specified at Appendix 1. 1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. A closed circuit TV monitoring system is to be installed and maintained. Images will be recorded and retained for at least 28 days and to be handed to the police / local authority upon request. 3. Notices will be displayed in store, that it is an offence for people aged under 18 to purchase alcohol. 4. Store will be fitted with a panic button for staff to press in cases of emergency. 5. All reasonable requirements of South Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service are to be complied with. 6. No deliveries to the premises are to take place between the hours of 23:00 and 06:00 hours the following day. 7. All staff are trained in relation to underage related sales of alcohol. 8. Proof of age scheme in place, Think 21 notices will be prominently displayed within the store. 9. An electric till prompt when alcohol is scanned to remind staff to check the age of the purchaser. 10. All Due Diligence refusals book will be kept to record where sales of alcohol are challenged or refused.
