Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. The Designated Premises Supervisor is to be a member of Sheffield Licence Watch. 3. Anyone appearing to be under 21 will be asked for photo identification to prove they are over 18 years of age. 4. Anyone appearing to be drunk and disorderly will not be served alcohol. 5. To ensure there is adequate fire safety equipment throughout the premises. 6. To engage in monthly fire drills. 7. Annual fire risk assessments are to be in place. 8. The holder of the premises licence shall nominate a member of staff to remove and dispose of any litter outside the premises originating from their business. 9. A permanent residual current device (RCD) must protect the electricity supply serving amplified music used for the purpose of live entertainment. 10. Noise or vibration shall not emanate from the premises, so as to cause nuisance to nearby properties. 11. The licensee shall prominently display large notices on all exits reminding patrons to leave the premises in a quite and orderly fashion to respect the local neighbours needs. 12. All windows and doors shall be closed, except for access and egress, when amplified music is present in the premises. 13. A colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times the premises are open. CCTV images will be stored for 28 days. Police will be given access to, and copies of images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. 14. The Designated Premises Supervisor, or some other such person, will be assigned to act as Lead Safeguarder for childrens issues at the premises. 15. Children under the age of 18 are not permitted at the premises after 21:00 hours unless dining, attending a private function or resident at the hotel. Any embedded permissions and restrictions attached to the justices on/off licence including those specified at Appendix 1. ALL ON 464 CONDITIONS 1. The licensee to be a member of the Pub Watch Scheme. 2. The licence shall only permit staff registered by the Council (under the Security Staff Registration Scheme) to be engaged in duties which wholly or mainly consist of:- a) Deciding on the suitability of persons to be allowed on the premises and/or b) Maintaining order on the premises.
