Additional Conditions
1. A satisfactory electrical certificate shall be proved for the premises. 2. Floor surfaces in public areas and thoroughfares shall be suitable non-slip finishes. 3. The varied premises licence shall not become effective until the Health Protection Service has inspected the premises with regard to the electrical certificate and any other matter raised during the consultation period and are satisfied that these have been addresses in accordance with service requirements. 4. The premises will operate as a restaurant with 50 covers for seated dining and the provision of alcohol shall be ancillary to dining with occasional provision without meals. 5. To comply with the reasonable requirements of the South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue. 6. All staff are to understand the social responsibilities associated with the sale and supply of intoxicating liquor. 7. Existing CCTV system is to be maintained and in use inside and outside the premises in appropriate locations when the premises are open. 8. There will be no irresponsible drinks promotions held at the premises. 9. Regular electrical and gas safety checks will be carried out. 10. To ensure adequate and appropriate first aid equipment and materials are available on the premises. 11. To ensure adequate and appropriate lighting are in place. 12. To ensure the provision and maintenance of appropriate ventilation systems are in place. 13. All doors (except for access and egress) and windows will remain closed. 14. Where appropriate, prominent, clear and legible notices shall be displayed at all exits requesting the members respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and area quietly. 15. Notices to be displayed for zero tolerance of any abusive behaviour towards staff or members of the public who resort on the premises. Violence or threatening behaviour will result in the authorities being notified. 16. The ‘Challenge 21’ scheme shall be adopted at all times. Any embedded permissions and restrictions attached to the justices on licence including those specified at Appendix 1. Specific conditions converted from the Justices Licence 1. Suitable beverages, including drinking water, other than intoxicating liquor shall be equally available for consumption with or otherwise as an ancillary to meals served in the licensed premises.
