• Conditions attached following a review of the premises licence by the licensing authority: - Board Hearing held 6th February 2007 - Conditions effective from 1st March 2007 - Amendments to conditions following an Appeal at Magistrates on the 26th April 2007 1. With effect from the 1st June 2007,sufficient members of staff and management must be trained and qualified and have obtained personal licences (minumum 3) to ensure that a personal licence holder is on duty at all times that alcohol is traded and that every sale of alcohol is authorized by such a personal licence holder. The only exception to this will be short temporary absences from the retail area. 2. A colour CCTV system shall be installed at the premises to the specification and satisfaction of South Yorkshire Police and will be maintained and in use at all times the premises are open. CCTV images will be stored for a minimum of 30 days and must be made available to an authorised officer of the Council on production of appropriate written authority. Police will be given access to and may take custody of the images or take copies of the images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. 3. The Designated Premises Supervisor in respect of the premises must be a registered member of Sheffield Licence Watch. Annual membership and attendance at meetings must be maintained. 4. The Challenge 21 rule must be enforced at all times and posters stickers to that effect must be clearly displayed. 5. The Designated Premises Supervisor or some such other nominated person must be assigned to act as Lead Safeguarder for children’s issues at the premises.
